About Us
The Practice
- Blaygrove Ellis was established in 1987 as the quantity surveying
division of a group of companies.
- It has been independent since 1991.
- The company operates from its Head Office in Thame, with a London
office in Duncannon Street WC2.
- The practice currently has two directors, a retained M+E consultant
and back up surveyors as well as the office staff.
- The company operates both nationally and internationally.
- Blaygrove Ellis has an associated company, Prime Building
Consultants, with shared directors, providing design, building surveying
and Building Control services
- Blaygrove Ellis can offer the following services to it's clients:-
- Quantity Surveying Services including specialist mechanical and
electrical works.
- Project Management services
- Planning Supervisor roles (as required by the Construction
(Design and Management) Regulations
- Commercial relocation services
