Case Study 3Wong Kei RestaurantClosed by a kitchen fire in which the kitchen was very badly damaged as image one shows and the restaurant suffered heavily from smoke damage. Close working with the local community and statutory authorities meant that we managed to re-open the restaurant just eight weeks after the fire. The kitchen was completely replaced and upgraded to meet modern health and building regulations. The restaurant area was also redecorated and a new fire alarm system introduced to meet insurers requirements. This was a very successful project for all concerned as the client was quickly back in business and the insurance companies exposure to Business Interruption was minimised.
