What type of claims and value of losses do we handle?

Fire, water, subsidence are the major peril claims which account for 75% of our work for both insurance companies and loss adjusters.

In respect of commercial losses, where business interruption claims are made separate discussions will take place concerning the split on a contract where normal/overtime working is carried out in order for the client to resume business as quickly as possible.  We particularly specialise in fast-track reinstatement in order to minimise the effects on turnover providing costs expended are within the economic limit of the business interruption cover.
